I'm trying to find an episode of keroro gunso. I don't remember what episode it is but I do remember that it involves keroro taking over for aki. What episode number is it?

you encoded it with the wrong aspect ratio and you must have put de-interlace on there when it does not need it, because otherwise a dvd ripper could not be blamed for quality loss
