Ron Pauls PERSONAL VIEW is marriage is 1 man 1 woman, Ron Paul believes government should have nothing to do with it and not be involved. That the churches and the people decide freely and privately. DOMA is stupid nonsense, intended to distract us from the real political cause of the legal destruction of the "sacred private institution" of marriage. (Quoting Supreme Court justices of old.) Marriage and family law was federalized by a bipartisan act of Congress and the communist US 9th Circuit Court of Appeals reclassified it from civil law to social policy in order to allow it. Marriage is now a government program, part of the public sector, subject to arbitrary political manipulation.

I love how Ron Paul gets the youth vote by defending personal liberties, and gets the older vote by basing his defense of liberty on moral and ethical teachings of Thomas Jefferson and Jesus. I don't know if this is necessarily a good thing for Dr. Paul. After all, Chuck Baldwin also gave an endorsement to Chelene Nightingale a year or two ago. In Mr. Baldwin's defense, however, I'm not sure if that was before or after she started voicing her desire to get to the truth about 9/11 and learn what's really going on with "chemtrails."

By not having a palpable standard it means that the Fed can counterfeit as much money as it wants to pay for things that the country can't afford, which is why we have a $14 Trillion debt and also explains why prices are skyrocketing in just about every market.
