  • heey, you've improved a lot :) could you tell me what you did to stretch and how often and w.e. i do cheerleading and i need my scorpian in about a month (i have it but it's ugly lol) you'd actually save me so much if you could give me any advice on how you improved :)

  • @phoboeater Also, I'm not referring to a scorpion pose in yoga. It's something completely different. Bent legged grab is a scorpion. Leg straight back is a needle scale.

  • @phoboeater I take yoga so I'm aware of what the dancer's pose is. I'm working toward doing a full scorpion. Sorry if that wasn't clear.
