Hmm...slight -> Major inaccuracies..CD4s Are presented with MHC-peptide complexes in the closest lymph node. Correct me if I'm wrong, but reactive T-Cells in the thymus are "deleted" from the T-Cell population since they're deemed "self-reactive".
lol--T cells are deleted in the thymus if they're self reactive, but this little video didn't even touch on self-reactivity, just ineffective MHC Class II presentation by B cells.
