That was beautiful, but I agree that the drummer should have stayed out of your video. She was not a good drummer, and was very distracting and did not enhance your music at all. I'm sure she is lovely in person, but she needs to play with the music, not over it. Your dance was wonderful.

Is it true that pregnant belly dancers can't do shimmies by the third trimester? Cause I'm 5 months now, and enjoy doing my shimmies, but I was told I shouldn't. Beautiful display of dance though. Your an inspiration!

As far as I know, tiny shimmies are ok, but faster lock-like shimmies make the baby uncomfortable, since the hip bones are being thrusted towards the womb rapidly. Gentle locks and small shimmies are ok, though! But most of all, listen to your body and your baby. If your baby doesn't like it, (s)he'll probbly kick!
