The dark Brotherhood, Thieves Guild, and a Mages College all exist in Skyrim. I still haven't heard about a Fighters Guild yet. I think Bethesda announced before the games release that the Fighters Guild haven't been included in Skyrim. It's an amazing game though.

@GassyMexican just letting you know if you get the vampire virus treat it quickly as the entire skyrim population will try and kill you. You can treat from either priest or what i heard was potions if your in the 3rd stage go Folkreath and talk to the maid until you get the quest that leads you to Morthal called Rising at Dawn hope this helps in the future gassy and anyone that contracted the virus as it took me about 6hrs (real time) to figure how to get rid of it.
