  • i like it

  • Finally someone with the idea that healthy is beautiful. Thank you!

  • some pictures in regular thinspo are sometimes healthy looking girls, but this one has ALL healthy looking ones. :D

  • My most favourite thinspo!

I watch it every day and absolutely love it.

    Thank you ashlaree!!!

  • well the images on your pictures all showed their bones

  • Yes many photos have been shopped but to all those women saying these girls aren't healthy you are just jealous as you know you will never be that desirable. I hate when a fat woman looks at a thin women and assumes she is anorexic just because she doesn't have love handles and two chins. I have a BMI of 19, so not underweight but fat girls tell me all the time that I am anorexic. I'm sick of it.

To the poster of this vid, can you offer some healthy weight loss tips to stay body beautiful?

  • wow! u made a great thinsperation with the body i acualy wanna look like not just skin and bones like the other insperations!

  • i like this vid but keep in mind not ...forget it

  • Comment removed

  • I like how you put NO pictures of FULLER girls. thank you for stating that being thick is not beautiful.

  • @laceylovee6 girl you are trippin mad balls. skinny ones in your case.

  • Good ! Love alessandra ambrosio

  • they arent even healthy hahahahaha

  • So many thinspo videos are like, oh she's nice and slim, and her, and her, then suddenly this shivering pile of bones taking a photo in the mirror pops up and im like *gag* not sexy. I was safe with this one. And what an inspiring little message, thanks! Here's to being healthy, happy, and skinny!

  • thanks so much for posting! I'm naturally thin but I have a bit of belly fat to get rid of. These pics are awesome. I've been eating healthy and working out so thanks for a healthy thinspo video.

  • gorgeous, skinny, muscluar, healthy girls... a truely healthy inspiration...

  • I love the song.

  • I love the song.

  • Lets be honest; this isn't 'Thinspiration'. Very few healthy girls actually look like this, without surgical enhancement or airbrushing. I'm a size 6-8 UK, I know I'm skinny but my body really doesn't look like these.

  • I love the message of this vidoo. You can be think but not anorexic. I battled an eating disorder, and everyday its a struggle not to go back there. But im happier then ive ever been because of it. xx

  • most of these girls are showing bones, btdubbs ana is the way to go

  • see i prefer these, HEALTHY but thin. i'm not trying to be anarexic i just want to be thin again and these videos help but i dont want to wtch the ones that are about ana buddies and what not. thanks for this.

they actually look healthy not scary!

  • i want to be thin and healthy, but im afraid of becoming full blown ana like i want to be happy and thin a perfect world

  • do you know what alessandra ambrosio's sizes are? i dont think so, cos if you did, you wouldnt think she is a regular girl...

  • haha, how much you wanna bet some of the girls in this video have or currently have an eating disorder?

    FAIL.

  • Umm these girls aren't much bigger than girls used in normal pro ana thinspo. I respect what your message is but I wouldn't call these models "normal" or "average".

  • Thanks so much4 this vid! These women r all a lot thinner than probably most women can manage but they are exactly my ideal size. Its hard to find thinspos that dont show excessively sticklike girls. To me, thinspo is supposed to be inspiration to be thin, not skin and bones. An added pov, in general these women have awesome racks, lol. And I can say from my own experience that when you have what men find to be a "substandard" rack you kind of feel like you hav2 have a few less lbs to make up4 it

  • thankyouthankyouthankyou!!

i love this..first time iv seen HEALTHY thinspo.

I'm a soccer player, and have been whole life.. i take a weight tranning class at my school, run cross country for my school in the fall, and go to the gym at least 3 times a week and run at lest 3 times a week. but..ive watched all of the regulur "thinsperation" and its like impossible to watch thoes and every feel good about yourself!

    make more vids!!

  • Thank you! Don't know if I'll have a lot of time to devote to making more thinspo in the near future, as I've got a few other projects I wanna get done first, but I appreciate your encouragement! :) I'll do what I can.

  • @ashlaree thank you so much. i wanted a HEALTHY thinspiration video to inspire me to lose some weight and be slim but healthy. i agree that you dont need to be anorexic looking to be beautiful so thanks for this video. great motivation for losing my 10 pounds

  • im 13, could i still get them ?

what else do you need to do to be as thin and pretty as these people, i try not eating some times, but i just give in and binge eat

  • The best thing to do is eat, and make sure it's balanced and healthy. Whole grains and veggies are awesome, and make sure you get protein in there to keep your blood sugar balanced for much longer, which will cut binging. Exercise makes life better for everybody, so that's definitely a strong recommendation I always make. But don't worry about how you look as much as how you FEEL, because if you feel great, your body will look great. :)

  • @MilssBubss skipping meals will store fat! est everything that comes directly from mother earth! Green veggies, white meat and skip the bread, potatoes and pasta for supper. This will help a GREAT deal! If you want to be who you want to be... 13 years old is perfect to shape your future!

  • @MilssBubss the best thing for you do is eat a sensible balanced diet follow the food pyramid. Eat 2,000 calories a day and moderately exercise. As far as being pretty goes, beauty is from the inside not from the out.

  • where can you get diet pills from ?

  • any drug store

its soo easy to get your hands on them

  • @MilssBubss you dont need them.. they dont do anything trust me ive been there and done that.. just work out everyday all you have to do is walk for an hour and eat small portions of grilled chicken veggies fruits stay away from fast food... thats the best and FASTED way to get results

  • same..they dont do ANYTHING trust us!

  • there is photo shop for the pic that make the girls look good. there is so many tricks you can use. You can make a fat girl look thin and a size 0 look perfect. Every one is diffrent; that is the only truth. dont look at a picture to tell you what is truth. use you own ideas.

  • Great Video!

  • i'm happy, but the past month i've lost my abs :(

i used to be able to do 120 situps a day, now about 20...

  • i have the same problem :(

  • thank you(xINFINITY) ashlaree!

of all the thinspiration videos i've been looking at, you're the first poster who actually doesn't believe that a slim body is achieved through purging and starvation.

thank you so much, i'm so glad that there are others in this world who share my cause.

please keep posting videos that promote good health because younger and younger kids are joining the bulimia bandwagon.

    we must WIN this war!

    <3

  • Thank you for your feedback and support! :) I'm thinking of making another one, perhaps some stuff pertaining to healthy habits or something along those lines rather than the actual end result; results will come when healthy discipline is developed.

  • i'm tryin to lose weight at the mo, i have abit of a tummy :P this is a great video coz its not all bones just healthy woman.

i know i don't have the body type to look like these woman but this a good video.

  • I love this video. It must be very tough to suffer from anorexia... but I personally know how hard it is to have the opposite of that. People say shit about anorexic girls (and guy).. but even more people say stuff about bigger people.. and i know that it goes both ways, it isn't my fault i'm so big, i have a horrible childhood, so i guess in that sense, i understand what anorexic girls are going through. Stay strong, and love this video... You can do anything you set your mind to :)

  • I can understand that completely, and I appreciate your comment.

I know it's difficult to get past the statement of "I had a terrible past, so it's not my fault" but you can change your circumstances if you put your mind to it. It's extremely difficult, yes, but if you think positive and look to the future, the past won't have as much as a hold on you, and you'll be able to move forward in a better direction for yourself. You're never alone in your struggles; never give up on yourself! :)

  • Thank you, that means alot :)

  • To say 'it's not my fault, i had a horrible childhood' is a copout. No one had a perfect childhood, but i understand where u are comming from. I have been overweight since the beginning of highschool, i made bad choices and now i make good ones. I eat healthy and stay active

  • This = healthy.

Please stop pretending that every single thin woman that you see is "anorexic." That kind of attitude just sounds like sour grapes, frankly. Most of the thin women in this world were simply born as ectomorphs. Their somatotype is such that they tend to be naturally thin and very, very sexy for the majority of their lives.

    And that's a good thing. ;)

  • I definitely agree with you. Both of my sisters are tiny, and they always have been. Even after pregnancy, they're still very tiny. I know a LOT of people who are just naturally small, and they can eat pizza and ice cream like a champ. :)

Don't hate, appreciate, cuz we're all made exactly how God wanted us to be. As long as we're taking care of ourselves and in our best shape for OUR particular body types, we'll be fine.

Know yourself and what's best for YOU; no bones necessary! :)

  • I'm at a pro anorexia forum and the at 2:20 has shared her pictures with us at the forum. And i know for sure she's not the only one. You can see at how the picture is taken that they are from people who suffer from an ED. People who take pictures of their belly's with bones coming out everywhere are mostly not healthy people if you understand..

  • and you've also got a couple of people who suffer from an ED in ur vid.. so i don't get why this should be an HEALTHY thinspiration?

  • How can you tell if anyone in the video has an ED?

    Do you know them personally?

Or are you making the small minded assumption that because they are skinny and that ribs are showing that they have an ED?

  • i don't see the different between this thinspo vid and all the other ;)

  • Thanks so much for this. I hate the fact that so many people hear "thinspiration" and automatically make the connection to "pro-ana".

Most of the girls in this video are of a perfectly healthy weight (though a handful were a bit too bony for my liking). For people like me who tend to mindlessly munch and rarely work out, it really does help jump-start your diet and exercise routine to get inspired by these thin but HEALTHY young women.

Thanks again for providing this. <3 =]

  • i was on holiday in bosnia last week and i was shocked to see that most girls over there were so tall and skinny like these girls in the video! Maybe it's just their natural body types or maybe it's their lifestyle, whatever it is, we should be like them!! and american fat asses need to learn to control their appetite from their European neighbours! :P

  • Most of these girls are too skinny, in my opinion anyways, i wouldnt want to look like them, people we should be looking at for thinspiration is the curvy lindsay lohan, before she was too skinny, jessica alba, the before overweight jessica simpson, the before britney spears, jenifer lopez, beyonce, what im trying to say is CURVES ARE GOOD, BONES ARE UGLY! AND ANOREXIA AND BULIMIA IS NOT A JOKE, YOU CAN DIE, ITS NOT COOL, AND ITS NOT PRETTY. your bod actually goes into "store fat" mode!

  • Hey I like this! Some of us can't put on much weigh anyway, even if we naturally have an amazing appetite and take our vitamins religiously. Nothing wrong with that.

I love it when they tell you to eat a sandwich haha...gotta laugh at that.

  • it been 3 days and i have lost 3 pounds i need help its been hard i dont wanna be 150 pounds ever again right now im 5 foot 1 126 pounds i wanna be 110

  • I'm 5 foot 8 128 and would like to be 110 as well. I'll try the vegan thing, thanks.

  • tell me how it go's

  • I need an ana buddy as well! Help!

  • go vegan for 1 week i lost 10 pound i had no food cravings i had to force myself to eat

  • this is perfect. I hate bones, but I hate flab even more. I like taut and tan. Thank you!

  • I'm with you on this one; no bones, and no excess fattiness. :)

  • the average woman looks nothing like them, sorry hun, the reality is the majority of those woman have most likely either had or have an eating disorder. they cleanse, detox, diet and starve off calories just like the rest of us. great vid but i wouldnt call it "healthy", not that i mind.

  • i have struggled with ednos since i can remember. My half sister was always incredible skinny by pure luck and she was always the "good one" all my life i have felt the need to compete. I am looking for a new ana/mia buddy it is hard for me since i am living with my fianceee in a 1 bedroom apartment. Anyone supportive let me know and ill give my email. Anyone else. F*** you couldnt possibly understand what i need so get lost.

  • yeh NOT healthy but wtvr

  • I need of an ana buddy BIG TIME! Especially if they im. message me!

  • I completely agree with your statement "it takes just as much self-discipline to eat reasonably and work out consistently as it does to refrain yourself from eating altogether".. in fact, I think it's even harder to work out and eat healthy every day to build beautiful muscles, so let's all not be anorexic whimps! =)

  • I agree! =)

  • i really like this better.

    the pictures of the girls

    with so much bones showing

    makes me hurt inside.

    i feel bad for them.

  • You beileve that girls don't have to show their bones to be beautiful.. Ok, the only "problem" is that almost every girl in this video show their bones .. Great video btw! =)

  • beautiful vid, well done

  • yeah..well most people do have to starve to look like these girls...everyone knows what skinny arms and legs they want, every model has them... but the fact is that these models are so tall and so weight is evenly dispersed- they're allowed to eat...short NORMAL girls aren't if they want to look like that..has nothing to do with health when you apply it to the real world

  • so if your short your destined to be fat? thats rediculas. you should weigh the healthy weight for your height you dont have to starve to do that FACT!! finding the right way to eat and exercise and you can look good. taking into account genetics and health problems

  • wtf that's not what i meant at all. i simply mean that you practically have to be anorexic in order to look like these ultra skinny models if you're a normal height because weight isn't as evenly dispersed. i agree that if you eat right and exercise you can look great no matter what, but if you want your bones to show and seem like the same proportions to these models you have to starve..doesn't mean it's right...thanks for the little FACT, who would have thought! what an ignorant comment..

  • Ok sorry for the lil FACT bit didnt want to sound like a twat but you said most people "do" have to starve to looks like them, most of the girls in this vid arnt showing all there bones, thats the point, obviously its not easy to look like them but it is possible to do it without starving yourself.

  • Ashlaree, thank u for posting this vid. Those bone thinspos all over youtube are enough to make a skeleton blush. There ARE thin girls out there who are perfectly healthy, and oddly enough, are even BELOW the BMI but eat normally and don't overexercise. I fall into that category. But nothing needs to be taken to any extreme. Be the best that YOUR body can be, & it can't always be a size 5 or 2. Eat a homemade burger over a Whopper, or an apple over chocolate. Healthy decisions make a dif.

  • I agree; don't strive to be somebody else's version of healthy, because there's strength in feeling beautiful in YOUR best shape. :)

  • Fainlly a thinspo vid that doesn't creep me out, thank you!

  • lol. i know!

the other ones im like, dude, eat a burger!

but this one wasn't all skin & bones.

  • omg! thank you. I use these thinspo to work out to. each one I use to target a diff area. I need a thinspo buddy!

  • i find just going to the urban outfitters website as thinspo. they are so beautiful, and it makes you want to look like them so you can pull off the cute clothes too :]

  • Comment removed

  • @LaShnike It's a step in the right direction, though. Better than thinspiration being complete bones...

  • @LaShnike I see a lot of bones there even with the Photoshop :/ (still, upvote for you for pointing this out)

  • @LaShnike My friend is just as skinny and maybe skinnier than some of these girls and she's not even underweight. She actually has no problem finishing a quart of ice cream. Maybe borderline, but not underweight. If you can achieve these bodies with diet and exercise and NOT starving yourself, then there's nothing wrong with it. I love how people think calling people fat is hurtful but not if you call someone "too skinny".

  • beautiful video... great concept. Healthy fit women are far more beautiful than just skin and bones

  • Yay healthy thinspo!

Check out my thinspiration video. I strongly believe in being healthy but skinny!

  • The girl at 0:07 is very hot and sexy!! Most of these girls are Victoria Secret supermodels like at 0:49 that is supermodel Miranda Kerr, at 1:16 its supermodel Selita Ebanks,

  • These girls are hott!!!

  • i get the message, but eating disorders really aren't just about the way you look. there's something that an empty stomach gives you that you can't get anywhere else, it's hard to explain... i still crave hunger every day :S

  • I can understand that. There have been times when I was struggling with my disordered eating in the past that I would thrive on the feeling of an empty stomach. But the more you educate yourself on what's truly healthy for you, then you'll find even more strength in having good foods in your stomach. :) Bad habits die hard, but the good habits are worth fighting for. Good luck!

  • IMHO I'll say that "eating disorders" is when you eat too much and getting fat.

  • what i was looking for, thanks!

  • 1:05 made me giggle.

  • Interesting

  • Btw way most these woman are super hot .they think this choice is voluntary or media created vs media exploited.. a woman with high voice(higher during ovulation)is more attractive to men and one which is result of high estrogen during puberty yet lifelong.Women prefer a deep voice( HIGHER TESTOSTERONE DURING PUBERTY)Also woman look for specific displays of status amongst fellow male peers.social hierarchy showing ability to provide.

  • nice a good video of smokin hawt girls!!!

  • Wow, and we can all look like this!!!!

If we did not consume too much, that is.

    Thanks for posting.

    Beauty=Health=Love

  • still, it's a thinspiration.

  • Fuck this pisses me off, some people just don't get it. There are a lot of people with fast metabolisms and a healthy appetite for exercise that are natural thin and fit. STOP BITCHING ABOUT IT. Its much healthier than sitting around getting overweight, or eating SHIT then wondering why you have put on fat.

  • thank you so much :)

  • Thinspiration is a word from anorexia´s argot. Maybe all the girls that appear in your video are not anorexic but all of them are extremely thin and trying to look like this can drive you to anorexia.

Some girls really can´t look like that because of their body charasterictics and it doesn´t makes them less beautyfull, simply they are bigger.

Fat is disgusting when it is near to cause a healt disorder but being quite fatty is not a problem.

  • Well maybe no less beautiful inside but fats not attractive.Sorry but you cannot force feed change only supress its external displays.People are just to stupid to know what we can and cannot change. Its also proven women go for men whom can provide. The need to breed is one we'll never shake

  • you made this vid on my 15th B-day

i hope i look like one of these girls before my sixteenth b-day

lol oh yeah and nice vid one of my faverites!!

  • great idea!

i love to be slim and fit and it so sucks to be called anorexic just because you watch out for empty calories and try to maintain your weight!

    love all the girls!

  • wow dont pretend to be against proana if prob like half of these girls have ed's

sorry, even if u call it healthy thinspiration this PROMOTES eating disorders

  • to me these ARE bones... sorry

  • lol, i'd like to see your definition of a good body.

  • healthy, with good muscle tone... again really radiant and healthy

  • Pardon? What makes you think that they are unhealthy? Do you know this? Do you really know or are you just stating your own opinion? The absolute nerve of some people... because you don't look like them they MUST be unhealthy, right? Hahaha, stupid.

  • yes it is my PROFESSIONAL opinion.

  • Using all caps doesn't make you right, you know. Perhaps you need to find a new profession, because your understanding is seriously flawed.

  • Thats not what my resume, paycheck, and patient success rate says.. thank you very much :)

and caps mean emphasis, not rightfullness

  • I have a great resume too, what's your point? You've stated that thin people are unhealthy because they are thin. That statement is a complete falsehood. You could, of course, explain the science behind your reasoning, if you can.

  • i love the 3.29...

  • i dont meant to criticize but this just made me feel worse...

  • It affects each individual differently, depending on their state of mind and circumstances. I hope you can find something that will actually help you feel better. :D

  • Most of the models look like they have a bmi of about 17 because they are gaunt, bony and appear to have quite extreme muscle wastage in some cases. I realise that bmi doesn't take a lot of factors into consideration but the fact is these models DO NOT look healthy. Taking pictures of underweight, wasting women and calling them 'healthy rolemodels' only further reinforces the idea of imperfection in a healthy body weight.

  • i have a BMI of 17 and am a perfectly healthy, not bony girl, scum!

  • technically... a BMI of 17 isn't even healthy...

  • How are the bones not showing in half of these?

  • They're not protruding in an unhealthy fashion, it just simply shows that it's beautiful to HAVE some meat on those bones, lol

  • Still... most or at least quite a few of these models look like they have bmi's of under 17... which is unhealthy.

  • If their cardiovascular system is strong and their bodies in healthy condition, yet they have a very high metabolism and leaner bone structure, they will look much smaller than most people would consider healthy. Simple BMI does not calculate the percentage of body fat to muscle, which is the true indicator of one's health. BMI is part of the PROCESS of determining one's health, not a final answer.

  • Thanks for the love and help!

  • :) glad I could be here for ya.

  • omg thank you!!! kiera knightly is NOT anorexic!!!!!

  • yeah, she's got pretty nice abs, if I may say so myself. :)

  • this is really good =]

  • this is reaaally good...

i never thought about HEALTHY thinspo..

    xx

  • Great!!!! made conscience ;)

  • This REALLY is a good video along with an excellent explanation. Too many people think that if someone is slender and fit, it means they have anorexia. That is far from the truth. If more people want about it like you stated, "it takes just as much self-discipline to eat reasonably and work out consistently", then there would be so many less overweight people and we would live in a healthier society!

  • beaaatiful vid!

  • I think this is a great video! A lot of people dont realize that girls with eating disorders dont have a sixpack stomach or muscle definition on their bodys, they end up all skin and bones. All of these girls have fabulously toned and healthy bodies. Great Video!

  • i dont really see where this thinspo looks healthier than others...

  • read my description; I don't believe one has to show bones to be beautiful.

I feel as though I've gathered a collection of images that promotes a healthier goal. Yes, they're still rather slender, but they have some meat on their bones, in contrast to so many thinspos which inspire girls to go to the extreme of becoming walking skeletons.

  • thank you for this. healthier

  • This isn't actually that bad...

To be honest I'm still not sure that everyone can achieve this and be healthy nor do I think that ONLY people who look like this are attractive. But atleast they are (actually attractive) some of them are still a little on the thins side for some body types but it is really refreshing to see... ur right most are athletic looking and healthy...I wish all thinspos were like this...

    *sigh*

  • seems like you take a healthy stance on things... but then why call it thinspiration? you know the connotation that has...

  • It's to reach out to those who have eating disorders and ARE looking for the unhealthy, way-too-skinny thinspiration on here, as I hope that perhaps this video will help in somebody's realization that you don't have to be skin and bones to be beautiful. Ya know?

I know it's not going to change anybody's LIFE or anything, but I'd like to make a little impact or SOME difference, if any. :) So it's to help show people that you can be slender and "thin" without going to the extreme.

  • i see... interesting take on it!

  • Thanks! I just watched a few of your videos, thank you for posting them! I agree with everything you stand for. Good job. :)

  • simply the best thinspo ever seen!! they arent so skinny!!IT'S REALLY A HEALTHY THINPIRATION, good job! I Wish one day i have jessica alba's body, she's my fav thinspo.

  • Thanks! I prefer to see some healthy meat (i.e. muscles) over bones any day! :)
