Anyway how are we supposed to know we have to spin those things till the "click" is it writen somewhere?

@metropolice101 You have to hear a specific "click" while spinning. When you hear it you must immediately stop spinning the wheel.

@MrWarman780 Please, watch everything carefully because I'm not keen in writing in English. Pay as much attention as you can from 8:46 , especially focus at 9:30 because this might be the thing you're doing wrong.

For some reason, i cant spin the wheels?

@iLikeSyndicateDaily You can't spin them in the Cistern or in the Machinery? (In the Machinery you may only spin wheels that are in the room to the left).

Hey. For some reason the bridge does not go all the way up for me. When it reaches the top, it's leveled with the other bridge. I did everything but it still doesn't go any higher.

@EpikkOne Which bridge? East or West one? Are you sure you fixed East Bridge as in walkthrough? Did you pull the lever in a right direction?

That are few cases you must be sure.
