Jon Huntsman has worked under President Obama and has been a representative to China (he speaks Chinese).

It's amazing that Huntsman was able to drive such a powerful point home using layman's terms. Usually, such a salient point is diluted with such simplistic terms, but Huntsman knows what he's doing.
