I would just make a backup account and keep this one and use it until it gets deleted, then start making videos on the backup account, that way you can get subscribers on your backup channel before this one gets deleted

thats what I did, accept when I remade my account I had just gotten the 3rd strike an hour after I made this account so I didnt have much time, so hopefully you will have more time then I did
