its a tango, which is a form of flamenco. every guitarist plays their unique flamenco, but they all follow the tango form, ie the chords and rythyms. there are plenty videos in the related list, check them out and you will see what i mean :-)
Yes..."tango" in this case has absolutely nothing to do with the one from Argentina. There are many styles of flamenco music; tangos are one, there are also bulerias, soleares, etc.

I would love to see you perform here in PA. No need to go to Spain to see good Flamenco when you can see it just down the turnpike
