ironically the old style videocon tube video cameras were ALL integrating cameras.

We only lost integration when the switch was made to ccds.

rememebr the old blurs and ghosts when you panned an old vidiotube based camera from a bright light? that image ghost was the integration on the phosphor surface of the video tube inside the camera.
