  • Well ... don't you think it's about Beethoven? Musically ... I don't think he was of this earth ... but I'm very glad he was among us ... just listen ... :-)

  • Nice, I only have 2 Hansen records, A 1940 set with Mengelberg and a Telefunken LP with the Hansen trio.

  • The only known recorded Furtwangler performance of this piece was made in 1943 with pianist Conrd Hansen; why do you say the pianist is "unknown?"
