And most TV showing do not show the mini documentaries, mainly for time issues like putting on more toy and junk food ads. But they do all return for the DVD set.

The "deluxe" Region 1 DVD for the US is no longer being made. Now you can only get the standard DVD set. You're not missing much. The deluxe set had a history booklet, 6 post cards and other stuff. You can go without this. You can use Google to replace the history booklet. I own this on DVD and it is the standard edition.

It used to really annoy me how the children in this series lived life in a frivolous and pleasure-seeking way. Why weren't they studying? They were young enough to still be at school. Instead all they were concerned about was having adventures.

Sancho and Pedro are charged with piracy on the high seas. Zia, Esteban and Tao now head off on their own. The love

The French studios who are making the new seasons have sacked the original French dub cast who voiced Esteban, Zia and Tao and will get new voice actors to replace them. But people in France and Quebec do not like this and are using Facebook petitions to get his dicision overturned. They want the Season 1 voices of Esteban, Zia and Tao to do the remaining 3 seasons. And in the French dib, Esteban and Tao inseasaon 1 were voiced by females.
There will be 3 new seasons for this show with 2 cities of gold revealed per season. Each season will have 26 episodes in it. Air dates for the French speaking world for Season 2 is September 2012. And after a required English dub, it will air in the English speaking world in around June 2013. It is expected that the 3 child (Esteban, Zia, Tao) parts will be given to new child voice actors for the English dub. But there is a lot of issues with the 3 child voices for the French dub.
Oh they are walking a very very very thin line. If they get it wrong, they will destroy one of the best children's animation ever.
I remember watching this when it first came out, Wednesday afternoon after school with my mum as she loved it too. If they are doing it, they will have to make it perfect. No political correctness crap, no morals rammed down your throat, just tell a story and tell a fooking great one at that with the Jap's to animate again.
This show did show om Boomerang here in Australia in December/January 2009-10 and also in December/January 2010-11. It was on the 2010-11 run that I caught E12 on 16/12/2010 and brought the series on DVD two hours later. The TV versions cut out the end mini-documentries to replace them with ads for toys and junk food. To see these documentries, you need to own the DVD. And by the way, we get to see MCOG in English here too.

Fuck me what the hell happened to chrildrens cartoons, the animation, the singing, the storys I remember this when I was a small child and im so glad I was brought up in that generation, when I flick through chrildrens TV now its absolute garbage, poor kids are growing up with no indepth cartoons thats why there on the streets shooting each other! when I was young I was at home at 6pm watching Knightrider and Airwolf!

The French studios who are making the new seasons have sacked the original French dub cast who voiced Esteban, Zia and Tao and will get new voice actors to replace them. But people in France and Quebec do not like this and are using Facebook petitions to get his dicision overturned. They want the Season 1 voices of Esteban, Zia and Tao to do the remaining 3 seasons. And in the French dib, Esteban and Tao inseasaon 1 were voiced by females.

There will be 3 new seasons for this show with 2 cities of gold revealed per season. Each season will have 26 episodes in it. Air dates for the French speaking world for Season 2 is September 2012. And after a required English dub, it will air in the English speaking world in around June 2013. It is expected that the 3 child (Esteban, Zia, Tao) parts will be given to new child voice actors for the English dub. But there is a lot of issues with the 3 child voices for the French dub.

Oh they are walking a very very very thin line. If they get it wrong, they will destroy one of the best children's animation ever.
I remember watching this when it first came out, Wednesday afternoon after school with my mum as she loved it too. If they are doing it, they will have to make it perfect. No political correctness crap, no morals rammed down your throat, just tell a story and tell a fooking great one at that with the Jap's to animate again.

This show did show om Boomerang here in Australia in December/January 2009-10 and also in December/January 2010-11. It was on the 2010-11 run that I caught E12 on 16/12/2010 and brought the series on DVD two hours later. The TV versions cut out the end mini-documentries to replace them with ads for toys and junk food. To see these documentries, you need to own the DVD. And by the way, we get to see MCOG in English here too.

this is one of those "WHATEVER HAPPENED TO...." cartoons of the 80's...theme song is very catchy, & addictive...getting it stuck in your head is easy....get it out is hard....lol...sadly it is all i remember of the the show...sad but true :(
