What tool are you talking about at 5:12 for the gradient?

@BlazinBlack109 Hold down on the 'fill' button and it will give you the option to choose a 'gradient' button. Press 'G' and that's the tool button you want. Hope this helps! :D

when i use multiply if i draw on the same spot the color gets darker,doesn't seem that would happen to you

Only multiply the lines layers, then draw under on a dif layer.
