You are right, but I am more right than you are :) . The English text is from Psalm 141, the Russin one is from # 140, as was written in my post. Sorry.
This woman never was anything of a victim, I think. She was the wife of Grigorovich, the main commanding figure of Bolshoi Theater. She was, therefore, the leading ballerina of that theater - the main theater of former Soviet Union and current Russia. The was the Queen of Soviet and later Russian ballet and the cruel queen, as the rumor spreads, never allowing any possible competition. It doesn't look like any kind of sainthood, but, maybe, it is what any regular stardom always about is.
@Nushika9 I think this comment is very rude and full of malice - I spent all my youth at Bolshoy - she NEVER was anything like queen, the real Queen was Ulanova and after her retiral there were dancing simultaneously great ballerinas Plisetskaya, Maximova, Timofeeva, Kondratyeva, Sorokina etc. and each of them had special things about them and signature part - for Bessmertnova it was Giselle because she was and still is the best one, absolutely not because of whoever her husband was
@TheMumsel I do not know for sure. However, Grigorovich was forced to retire from Bolshoy Theater, and was invited back when his wife died. I heard a lot of rumors that she was the main obstacle on the way of many talented young( at that time) ballerinas to their fame. This is the fact that Grigorovich was forced to retire and asked back when his wife died. All other stuff I personally got from rumors.
@TheMumsel I am very far myself and has been through my entire life far from this environment, and, therefore, I won't argue, as I do not know anything about it by my own experience.
@TheMumsel Maybe, Grigorovich was invited back when it became clear that his wife is terminally ill or, by other words, permanently retired. I really do not know this stuff for sure.
Natasha is unendingly, hauntingly beautiful. Those eyes! You can see her beautiful soul in them, and that is where her dancing came from.
