I guess RedX wasn't around when Chevy built my 2006 Monte Carlo. I've had problems with the coolant, power steering system and intake manifold leaking on this car. Repeated problems with one of the tire pressure sensors. My steering wheel squeaks, and my CD player isn't working right. Is this Chevy's idea of excellence in a car?
It's too bad that Chevy's interest in building quality cars has only come about after losing the trust of the American consumer, and much of its market share to foreign nameplates.
These ads (especially in shots where they are irreverently flogging the red Malibu, for example) strike a very positive, energetic, almost "electrified" emotional chord. GM is on a strong turnaround mission, and Chevy ads like these are leading the charge toward morphing the public's perception. I like, I like.
Malibu is top selling, they can't keep up with the demand for new cars like camaro traverse, malibu and equinox .... people lost trust in GM after 2000s but now they are getting better....
love this commercial

I wonder if this version is airing? I have only seen the 30 sec one on CNN. This version has a much snappier feel and a more upbeat ending.

Go GM. I know they can produce great cars...but the real question is...can you convince American consumers to start buying them?

This comment has received too many negative votes show
I hear chevy is once again trying to change their slogan. I have a few suggestions.
"Here at Chevrolet, we think a long warranty means good quality."
"At Chevrolet, customer expectations are low, so quality is adequate."
"At Chevrolet, if you buy a $100,000 sports car, we guarantee the bumper will be plastic."
Best in the world? It can't even top American brands. Ford dominates it domestically, and globally American brands aren't worth shit.
