You've got a really good voice, but try to hit the notes straight on. You slide into some of them - I understand this is a danger when recording a capella - but it puts a downer on the overall tone.

I think it's mostly because they're trying to imitate the movie, but no stage versions ever have done that. Besides, it makes Sweeney sound more powerful as long as he has a deep voice, with no major accent

I think they just did the tenor in the movie, because Depp couldn't go that low for that long.

I think this song is alot easier to do than Epiphany though, because that song is all about yelling and chaos, whereas this is calm and focused
