They have skin that goes around the eyes, on the top side, they are not human. I know, they can light their eyes, at will apparently, I'm not there yet, similar to the Bible in the dark and Zion. I believe he has had contact and is speaking honestly and shocked still when reflecting on these beings. I cannot say about these foreign looking beings.I had contact about 50 yrs back-and they DID NOT LOOK LIKE THESE SNAKE SKIN BEINGS.The contact I had were with beings who first appeared as orbs...and then manifested very tall, aquiline, luminous, thin, telepathic, bluish, golden, indigo glow to them...they can talk but telepathy is what they normally do.They are very old beings,advanced
