@zdsrtgnzetmyet There are a ton of products out there...you can use Serato with just MIDI and do basic cue point triggering and effects using internal mode, but i'm not sure it would have the "scratch" feel

I've never tried any other turntable-style scratch controllers

@partyspecialists hmmm...never tried...it's simple midi I/O, so I doubt it, unless you have some properly written translation software. My guess is you can trigger video clips, but I don't know if you could effect the clips themselves

@Rastawarrior...not sure I understand your question, but i have the padkontrol connected to one of the USB ports on my laptop. I then use the MIDI functionality in Serato to assign controls to the padKontrol pads

Did you change the padkontrol leds to white? Or is that just the camera playing tricks..?

HA! That would be a hell of a mod, but no..it's just the lighting and camera.

liking the set up. i have something similar but dont use my padkontrol at the same time. what software were you using for the korg?? did you use it as a midi device with serato or with another program?

I'm using it directly with the midi map functionality in Serato. I originally tried using Bome's translator a few verions of SSL ago, but this is much cleaner.
