So I wan't the only one that heard that then! Nice playing tho bro and thanks for the comparo. I am looking at the Dimebag wah as I am after versatility but the cry baby sounded good in your vid. Cheers!
Fantastic clean tone!for me the best wah is the original one!i bought one of those this mounth but still didnt had the time to try properly..but i really like its tone =) p.s. good playing dude! congrats! keep funkin! :D =)
Great audio quality. The clean sound is amazing for a Marshall amp if you ask me. Marshall amps are usually recognized for their distortion so the amp's sound is fantastic. I have to thank you. I currently have a Dunlop Crybaby Original and I I've been looking for something to replace it for a while know.
the other three are nice i dont like the evh cant believe how versatile the ex7 is the full tone has its signature sound and well the crybaby we have loved that one for so long now its hard to say much bad abut it
i have a cry baby and a clyde, cry baby does better with heavier distortion, whereas the clyde does better if i when i play bluesy over drive.
cry baby is very harsh on top end but still nice
clyde is beautifully smooth, i use it as a filter all the time just cuz it doesn't sound like a cheap wah when its on, its like an additional tone knob
That Clyde sounds so crisp. Really nice original wah tone that. My least favorite of these 4 was the EVH wah. Looks SUPER COOL though. My favorite wah EVER is the Ibanez WH10!
both babys sound the best, i had the original for a while, but cudnt deal with that guessing feeling when u switch it on at a gig, so i got the 95q, its expensive but worth it for that reassurance and the adjustable wah
I found with it, that at the higher volumes it doesn't perform very well with it have a very damaging affect to your tone. Tbh I believe that the better wah's are the more expensive wah's because the fill the missing gaps in the cheaper ones, however if your buying a Basic Vox or Crybaby for around £50 - you can't complain. Whereas the higher end Wah's cost atleast over £150.
If your recording, buy the higher end stuff. If, the cheaper Wah's are best suited to you.
i would go for the gcb.......wait! i already have one and thats a simple awesome pedal.:)

What wah does not sound good clean? Some mod wahs are made for gains.
It's just a band pass filter any should should OK clean, play them though an OD at least the ones designed for gain will shine more.
MXR CAE real dual Fazel Bradshaw mods, pay more get less.

how much did that pedal board cost you?
kiss2112 2 years ago
The Clyde Wah pedal is the best pedal there exact specs of a vintage vox wah.. true bypass don't lose tone with it.. and the sweep is just perfect.
If I didn't have the Buddah Wah I would have gotten this one for sure.
Nice Video Rotren.
