Figure out new ways to put a LID on piracy from inside by making it less-attractive and viable for your employees to upload the shit too early. Put locks on the CDs, dvds, etc.

Yes! Exactly what I'm talking about. The private sector, esp. Hollywood, needs to INNOVATE and make it less-desirable to pirate, not FIGHT piracy by trying to shut everything down! Give the 'pirates' less incentive to do so and more incentive to buy your content if it's SOO critical that you supposedly 'fight piracy.' It can't be THAT hard.
Music industry did it with mp3s. Porn does it all the time. I'm sure those aren't the only 2 examples.
