To be honest, the one thing I generally hate about nerf mods, is epoxy on the outside, when you sand it down and paint over it, you don't notice it from a distance sure, but when you get close, it just looks trashy. Maybe I just have unreasonably high standards for mods, but I like modded nerf guns that look as good or better then the gun stock.

For having stuck a Nitefinder on top of the maverick, that style actually looks very cool. Make sure you smooth out the putty a bit more on your next model, and it would look like a Maverick 2.0 or something. Very nice job.
