Dude... It's a baby, wether it's part alien or not... although I believe in the right to choose, just the baby's appearance shouldn't be enough to freak her aout. It's still her baby after all (though I suppose Val freaked out too before she got used to the idea, so that could be the case with Robin too... :P
@PaddySnuffles I agree with you abotu the baby. And yes Robin was freaking out, but unlike Val, Robin never really got over it. She still hated her son for nothing more than his appearance, even as the little boy lay dying. Her sentence is "its not gonna be a baby, its a thing!" remains her position. Unless you are lucky enough to look human, like Elizabeth.
Val might have got over it if she had been allowed to live long enough. She seemed to be getting more used to the idea anyway.
Robin's scared to death! She gonna give life a lizard.Lol!!what a nightmare!so st'range a lizard can make love with a human being!Script writers had huge imagination to invent that!
@fisteberg maybe it's just really rare, like a couple with fertility issues that lower their chances but not to a full 100%. After all, it took Val and Ryan 10 years to be able to conceive in V 2009)
Robert was an anthropologist, not a biologist, in the first one. The priest has a very not scientific basis on what Robert's job description it.
Looks like Robin considered an abortion earlier, but was talked out of it by her father until she admit that the father was a visitor. Too bad the plot completely falls apart with the birth of the star child and the plot point for bio weapons.
not it's not wrong when the fetus is neither an indiviual nor can survive outside the womb even with help. As a matter of fact, unwanted babies suffer and go through horrible childhoods because their parents feel they were a mistake. It's cruel to grant a child such a hard life, in that case abortion is the civilized and human thing to do. How about rapes? Poor people that can't take care of their offspring? Women have the right to decide over their own bodies, end of story.
So is the death penalty wrong for the same reason then? Because it's wrong to kill? You can't say killing is morally ok and killing another is morally wrong. Killing is killing. And for all you christians out there, I seem to remember Jesus saying one shouldn't kill the Romans or sinners or anybody because it applies to ALL. Which is why a true christian can't ever support the death penalty. But they do strangely enough. Aborting something which isn't even fully viable as life...
Darn ! - so much for Harmony & Willy to kiss in the supply room.
Poor Willy got captured. He's harmless.
Robin spazzing out while Julie & Robert do testing on poor Willy ... now Robin wants an abortion when she knew there was a chance her baby might be lizard. Stupid girl that chose denial.
with modern science these things are shortly to become possible.! the horror!

The humans and the Vs are not that different "under the skin" (to coin a phrase)
Everything gets an airing on this: bestiality, cannibalism, abortion, xenophobia, racism...are there any gay or lesbiVs ?

@McLarenMercedes so to imprison someone after found guilty of a crime is the same as someone kidnapping and locking someone into their basement?
