There is something I still find hard to Comprehend... If Glitches are such a bad thing, then why do people find them more fun than the actual set experience. I mean I get the fact that people enjoy breaking the rules. But my little brother plays Resistance FOM and Resistance 2 and he NEVER plays the story. He just glitches the game so he can do NOTHING... They can't be THAT fun.

Hey, I just created a new un-patched merge glitch material, all you need to do is search merge glitch, play my level and there you have it! (all you need to do is use the material changer, so it can be spread around, even if it is patched, the material is still around, so it can still be used!

I've noticed that the new merged material has the same properties as the original material copied in. It only changes with weight. it averages the weight of the combined objects.

Exploiting holes in the game engine can, and most likely will, create an unstable environment. In short, glitching can break things, freeze the game, and cause major problems and possibly loss of data for everyone else. Such anomalies should be taken care of immediately.

9.5/10 thats what most people would rate it, just put it this way. LBP was the best platformer of 08 (it was announced on tv)heck id even say for this year's also but itl compete witht he new mario bros wii game :P but the water pack is coming so its still got a good chance

9.5/10 it is so much fun, I play it every day almost. The story is fun to play through, and making levels is even better, it's also fun to play other peoples custom levels. Get the one out right now, get the GOTY edition. Comes with all the dlc and the main game, for 60 bucks. Also, if you have psp i recomend getting that one too.

If this glitch still works, then I might want to try and create grabbable material that's as heavy and durable as metal or stone. That might help alot if my spongy or polysterine objects (most notably grab switches or swings) come into contact with explosives. Or I could try to create a nice crystalline object out of all of the different colored glass materials out there.

You have to download the Metal Gear Solid pack downloadable content.

Embedding materials and merging them are not the same thing. Embedding materials involves placing a piece of one material in the place of another. Merging materials involves materials occupying the same space at the same time, which is not an intended creator feature.

i just checked and yes there is its called embedding. if you wan't to check pause and go to videos and voice overs and its third from the bottom in videos. (not the voice overs section.)

yes it does. Metal with sponge makes ungrabable sponge or heavy grabable metal sponge

However, you can't make metal fall faster or sponge fly faster. The only thing that could probably happen is the metal could crush more stuff or the floaty could lift more weight.
