it's funnuy how models fell in those 5 inch shoes but no models fell in Nina Ricci's 8.5 inch shoes OR Alexander McQueen's 10 inch shoes

In fact, some models fall during Nina Ricci's and Alexander mcQueens's shows (I was at this shows), but the extracts of the falls have been cutted for the finale videos of these shows !

But this model (Kamila Wawrzyniak) falls twice during this Westwood show because :

1. The shoes are bad balanced : too high a bad arch support

2. The shoes are often not the correct size (too bigs) for the models

3. Watering cans are heavy with water in them, especially for a very thin model in stilettos !

@AnnabellaWinsteald I do drag In ridiculous heels (sometimes too big because i've forgotten mine and had to borrow a pair for the show) and i've never fell, these girls need to get some core muscles and go to a ballet class, they need to walk in the shoe with not just the weight on the ball of the foot but turn their feet out so they're parallel not turned in (pigeon toed) and then get their weight onto the big toe and index toe (2nd toe) same principle as if you were doing pointe. xxx

re. the comment suggesting the shoes are badly engineered. If you've ever worn a westwood heel (other than the famous ones Naomi Campbell fell in) you'll know they are the easiest heels to walk in in the world! You can do ballet moves in the 5" platforms. It looks more like she's weak, or drunk, or something. She starts looking flaky well before the falls, which are hilarious.
