Until the USA has a transparent and provably valid and verifiable voting system we get the pols that are handed to us by Private Companies. Most of whom have verifiable ties to certain candidates.

That said, I should probably update the descrip field adding that Biden has quickly stated that he is certainly not targetting Mr Bush or any other member of the Bush Administration specifically.

As for separating executive tasks from legislative ones I must disagree. Legislators must make a lot of decisions to be effective. Executives are usually distinguished by the ability to offload work on to those qualified to do the work.
