Connections, presentation, music, and specific inflection are some of the things that give birth to originality. You are young, though. More time...you'll catch on. Don't speak unless YOU are a dancer. I've been teaching for 10 years, and in the dance world, although originality is paramount, imitation truly IS the greatest form of flattery. I've won many contests using my own moves, so I don't have to prove to you or anyone my ability to be original. I just like Joon's moves and stealing would be if I intended to make profit off of it and NOT give credit to the originator. So try STUDYING dance B4 you speak out of turn.
