I just found your channel (this is the 1st vid I'm watching) but I wanted to say already that this is so good to watch b/c you keep the talk to a minimum, with great background music, no faces/egos in it, just the topic itself, short, concise. I'm so sick of watching vids of people that are mostly trying to show themselves and using a recipe as an excuse (LOL); the majority aren't even funny or good looking. Thanks!
looks good, but high in calories. The crust alone is about 320 calories per slice, and 25 grams of fat, (assuming 1 pound of cashews and 1 cup of guava nectar, divided by 8 slices.) This does not include pie filling. If you made crust thinner, using only half a pound of cashews, it would be healthier and probably still taste great.
i would use almonds or pecans for the crust, cashews are expensive!

cool, i made this with 1:1 almond date crust, and to thicken the filling i added walnuts which keep it from being runny. awesome food
