israel cannot be an apartheid. isreal needs to have sovernty before it can be an apartheid. so if israel has sovernty, then there is no occupation. it cant be both. if its just a separation, then what the muslim clerics in iraq is an apartheid, since they removed sunni from Shiite. there hasnt been one suicide bomber since the barrier went up, yet they are still caught every day. there would be no checkpoints if there was no attempts on israeli security.

Palestinians started revolting to Israeli aggression in the 1980's after the shabbra and shatilla massacres and occupation. Israel holds over 10,000 Arabs illegally, uses Palestinian human shields, bombs Gaza regularly, and tortures people. They are fighting an occupation and not going into Israel to kill people, unlike what Israel is doing.

Ofcourse there were Palestinians, even before WW1 when they protested against the Balfour declaration. Read standard history text books.
