I don't understand why people are complaining. You are not entitled to the sheet music just because someone came up with it. This is his own interpretation (a good one at that) of the music, so no, he doesn't need permission considering it's not the exact composition from the original composer. If you want it so bad either A) figure it out for yourself B) Suck it up and pay a little over $4.00 for it from ghc710, or C) Go out and buy the entire book of sheet music.

@Theremanppdas There are exercises to do to develop your non-dominant hand to play just as well as the dominant one. Just look them up online. Most and them are really easy. :)
