People make videos (like this one here if you've made it) and submit it to her, and I don't know if she takes a general consensus or uses her own opinion, she posts it as the best video/artwork/whichever that was submitted. Now, I don't know exactly if it's something she does during the regular "Castle" season-- your reward is Miss Katic's vote, and hundreds of additional views from her fans all across the globe
