@The3DMachine the way skyrim works will never work for a mmo, it is possible to put in a mmo but will only be an instanced single-player experience, more even than games like STO and Vindictus...

@hitokijb I don't know, I think it could work kind of like Mabinogi. Things like campfires could be fun. Interior maps could be instanced per party.

@nhydock yeah, but even working with instanced, even working like WOW with the phasing, it still won't be the same thing, how you progress in the story, how the world change following the story, work only in a single-player.. you get like Dragon Nest or RH, extreme use of instance, the instances do change with the story progression, but still have limits and it is a solo experience for almost all the game, you lose too much mmo experience for low quality progression

I'd rather spend some money on an expansion pack twice a year than to either pay a subscription or get limited (though more and more titles are offering acceptable restrictions, such as STO mentioned in this video, that I'm currently playing - and loving).

Unfortunately, it isn't. You are entitled to an opinion, and I respect said opinion. However, I personally fail to see the appeal of any anime that takes 20 episodes for ONE thing to happen. To be fair, I somewhat like the Dragonball series. Not so much for the anime but because the concept itself is awesome.
