  • @sigvatrchannel Sounds to me like a poor diet; especially important with vegetarianism is to make sure that you get enough protein and vitamins from the plant kingdom, which normally are provided by meat products. That's why soy, beans and sea-weed and other stuff like them are so important in a vegan diet. I've seen a bunch of people try 'vegan' diet for a few months, and become weak and sickly, just because they couldn't be bothered to make sure they got all the essentials from their diet.

It's quick, and being boiled alive while unconscious is painless. It is generally accepted that this is the most humane way to kill a lobster. Being cut alive is not.
