@x5KillaCam5x CoDJumper mod just keeps your RPG full of ammo, it's perfectly possible without any mods or "cheats" (this wasn't done with cheats)...only difference is that you have to wait for it to reload which isn't great for a video. Everything is possible.

If you have 125/250/333 FPS (as well as other numbers), you can jump slightly higher/further than normal. You have to set maxfps by typing '/com_maxfps 125' in console, and if you can reach that FPS constant then it'll allow you to jump higher/further (you may also want to use '/cg_drawfps 1' to see your FPS in the top right hand corner).

Yep, quite a few of the jumps are very difficult. They're not impossible, but they're very difficult and consequently it's better that we do it this way so that we can more easily show people how to do the jumps.
