This video was actually edited. The Coast Guard Officer who leaked this video may actually be arrested, his home has already searched by he Japanese police. I would like to reiterate the fact that the Japanese Coast Guard had disturbed, driven away, intercepted and surrounded the Chinese Fishing boat, which lead to the collision. The behaivior of the Japanese is illegal and this video cannot conceal the unlawfulness of the Japanese action. The islands do not belong to them (Potsdam Proclamation)

You know what's funny? People who are watching this video is saying the japanese made a full left rudder to cut off the chinese ship caused the incident. That might be half true. If you look MORE closely on the chinese ship, you can clear see they are doing FULL LEFT RUDDER directly at the japanese ship. Any experience captain that are being cut off that like with do FULL RIGHT RUDDER to avoid conflict, even if you ship don't have time to slowdown. This is clearly the chinese at fault.
