(Matt 28:19) The words Jesus uses in the KJV is to TEACH all nations, very different from Preaching, This is about making Disciples! Seeing that you build you religious lifestyle on this error and use it as a club against other Christians who are called to serve elsewhere, you show yourself ignorant of both the Bible and your Error!
Jesus went to the feasts, to the schools, TO the GRAVEYARDS even. He went to where people were and gave good news,sometimes to the crowd,sometimes 1 to 1. Sometimes he waited for a person to come to him. I go to the bars and resturants,on the radio,in the Halls outside the New Age fayres and in the bookshops. In the care homes and Hospitals AND i Proclaim Christ Crucified on the Internet! And I have been on the streets too. Am I Preaching ENOUGH for you and your Youtube Friends?
Its rather the other way around... We all have different callings, and different ways of doing it, where to do it and when to do it.. We all witness with our lives all the time as christians, at home, out on the street, in the store, at work, at school, on the internet, in neighbourhood, to friends and family and people we dont know..

1611baptist you qouted Lk14:23. You indeed use it as a Commandment (when it is actually a parable teaching a principle) but as you take that as a Command then verse 21 must be also. Seeing that is where the Lord said to Go First there you should GO! And the servant did not go into the highways and hegdes UNTIL the number of the poor, the maimed, the halt, and the blind.
That was the command of Jesus and it comes before the highways and that's where I WORK! All of your boasting is Pride!
I have not got a problem with The Bible, just disciples who go to the Lord and say LORD we went on YOU TUBE and saw blog of a man who was not part of us and not doing things as we do, in your Name, so we forbade him!
So why don't you ask me HOW MUCH I am praying for the lost? See if I am praying enough? Perhaps I am praying more? then That would make ME more Holy! Right?
Next you will be asking what time I woke up to pray this morning? Go on, ask. See if I pass the holier than thou test!
So? Why do you need to tell me that? If Jesus wants you to do it Just go and Do it! Now The whole World knows YOU go on the Streets and Preach. I hope that The Holy Spirit Convicts people of The Truth and that the Light of The Love of God Shines. But I've got the feeling you are being a little self-rightous.
OH much worse than that, I was at home EATING and on other videos....DRINKING! Like I asked, will what I do for The Lord be enough for YOU? I intend to do my best in being faithful to what God has called me to do. If that is not enough for you then I suggest you speak to The Father and ask Him to send me over to you to give you a hand. But I'm not changing until He tells me to. If he wants me on the streets, He'll send me.
Perhaps I should ask him How many people he has seen healed? How many Demons He has cast out? How many nights he has spent praying for the lost? How much money he has given to His Church or to Charity?
Once again that is comparing 1 persons calling against another and saying one is wrong! If God has called both which can be wrong? This is like the disciples faced when the disciples of John came to them saying "Why don't You Fast?" For this same reason, because of factions forming, St Paul baptised only a few people. Because people were called to do things biblical but different to one another.
Context Context! Context to the passage! Context to the rest of Scripture! That's all Im saying.

If you want to get legalistic like 1611, you should be asking "Where did Jesus COMMAND us to go to the Highways and Hedges?"

I guess that Jesus also could have said "GO YE INTO ALL THE WORLD AND PREACH THE GOSPEL AND ON THE INTERNET, THAT REACHES FURTER THAN YOU BELIEVE".
