@turbomiragedude Bahahaha. Sounds like my Mazda. Needed a new bottom end and my mechanic is the best around. Doing a motor swap on that car had him hunting down the haynes rebuild book. He's cussed me up and down for charging me for 7 hours. He has 30+ in it now. Gotta love that Japanese engineering.

Dude the car sounds amazing. The thing I like most about it is that it doesn't sound like a typical luxury car, but almost more like a muscle car (keyword being almost). Very nice.

It doesn't effect the emission system in any way. It's all downstream from that.

@djderk I plan on leaving them in place. Since there are four cats on this thing, I'm sure eliminating some or all of them would make a noticeable improvement in sound and performance. For me, the sound/tone is perfect the way it is now, especially for the grocery gettin' that I do.

indeed it's a beautiful car, i was very impressed lol. He ran a stock IS-f 60-160 and beat it by about 5-6 car lengths. lol
