During the early 1970s listen to Corky's free concerts on the outdoor lawn of the University of Illinois- Chicago. Called "Circle" then. One of the great memories of my college years.
Great memories! Somewhere around this time we saw Corky with his band and as he was blowing the solo to this song my friend yells out "you're crazy!" I could see him smiling from behind his harp. Sure miss those days. Thanks for posting.
How about the lyrics "if you won't cook my hamburger, I'll find someone who will..." another great song by this great band! I got turned on to these guys in the '70s and still talk about the music...
T h a n k Y o u !!!!!!!! In the late 1980s I had this film recorded on VCR off the TV and accidentally recorded over it. This was one of the highlights, another being Lady Bianca..... is she on here anywhere??
FREAKIN" Awesome! Saw you guys in the 70"s in little dive bars in Chicago. Won an album of yours for knowing who you were and never got it from the radio station. Lost all info about you guys for a long time and just re-discovered you again!
I had one of their live albums years ago and if anyone remembers a song that had the word cupcake somewhere in it? or have i just smoked to much? ha ha.
Awesome! We saw & heard Corky perform this 3 times in Melbourne Dec 2007 and impossible as it seems it was even more amazing each time! Check it out on the Siegel-Schwall Alligator Records 1988 CD.
