Right before Soundgarden broke up in 1997... at their very last show (before the recent reunion of course) in Hawaii, there was a lot of tension and Ben Shepard the bassist stormed off the state toward the end of the set. He didn't come back.

The very last song Chris Cornell played for the crowd -- out on stage by himself with an acoustic -- was DARK GLOBE!!! In case anyone would care about that little piece of music history :)
