You guys are fucking stupid, if you're consistently eating well done steaks your not getting the most out of that cut of meat. For optimum flavor and taste, marinate it and cook it to medium rare or medium(that's more personal preference. Anything beyond that and you're going to have a tough flavorless cut of meat you just spent 5-6 bucks on.
