THE WAY I MAKE FAKE BARF: supples: milk, coffie creamer, tuna, spinach, dry dog food/cat food. Crush the spinach in a bowl. Add milk and creamer. Stir untill it looks gross. Add the tuna. Stir the mixture. Mash it. Stir again. Crush the dog food. Add it in the bowl. Stir. Add a small amount of water. Stir. Poor it into a bucket or the toilet. Hide supplies. Make gaging noises and alert your parent/gaurdian.

A good thing to do if you don't have anything is stay in the bathroom for like 5 minutes tell them you feel like your gunna puke and get some water in your hands and keep saying something like "Don't puke" even if you don't think their in earshot and when you make puking sounds drop the water but not all of it and do it again and then flush the toilet make sure the door is locked but make sure your puke noises are LOUD so they can here you. Its worked for me over 6 times do not overuse!
