I'm not sure if you need a masters account or not. I don't see why the sub accounts couldn't go on but just in case I would recommend using a masters. You may have to do a little research on that.

Yeah, however there are no movies or tv shows, but you can access game demos and other content specifically for the PSP.

No, you can only transfer it to your PSP, however, I'm sure with a person with the right hacking skills, anything can be done.
