he plays the acoustic and studio versions differently. The chords you are saying are correct are, in fact, correct, and that's how he plays it acoustically.

However, the studio version is different, and that's what I'm teaching here. I figure, that's the version most people are going to hear, so I want them to be able to play along with the studio version.
