キャベツは、もっと細かく切って、量も多い方が綺麗ですよ。トンカツ用のソースを作らないのなら、ブルドックソースがお薦めです。

If I put prepared chops in freezer, should they be thawed out before cooking or just go directly to the fryer?

Wow, in my 7 years that I have lived in Japan I have never seen tonkutsu so thin. Good Japanese tonkutsu is 3/4" but most places use a 1/2" cut.

incomplete recipe! how about the recipe of the sauce.?

@namangkot even most restaurants don't make their own sauce, prefering to buy it instead. "Bulldog" brand Tonkatsu Sauce is the standard and it can be found in some grocery stores and pretty much all Asian food stores.
