I've been having an issue getting the picture frame to float. It's extra difficult to get it in position, and once it's there it only floats for 5 mins or so and then attracts to the top of the base. Also, while it's floating, the top of the base shakes or vibrates slightly. Does anyone know what the problem is? Cause the globe works fine.
