Just to really hammer home the point, what were the serving sizes considered for the numbers you got from the whole foods, ie: the spinach and sweet potatoes? Also, considering the different serving sizes, the percentages of the heavy metals per serving would be more informative, statistically speaking.
@muntster ahh sorry if I failed to mention that as it is very important for context. Boiled spinach - 1/3 of a cup 83g), 6 oz boiled shrimp, 1 -10oz apple, 1 medium sweet potato (144g). Thank you for watching.
@RazzleDazzle2340 no, things like this need to be put in perspective. Please see our replies below to @Tigerpaws9097826 for a more detailed explanation.
In concise form, list the dang side effects. Stop being so wordy in the video. Straight to the point. NO BS marketing 1. Eating fatty food while taking Whey will cause you to get fat. 2. Whey causes dehydration. 3. Masturbating a lot while taking whey protein can cause high testosterone levels. Don't do that.
@qcircuit81 What? This is nonsense 1) Ridiculous. Total calories taken in relative to calories burned dictate whether or not you will gain BF. 2) Ridiculous, whey protein is the same as any protein where nitrogenous waste is excreted in urea. 3) Odd post
In part, I think this video nicely accomplishes the intent of supporting the safety of whey protein consumption. I also found myself, however, walking away with a lot of questions about the safety of some seafood - coupled with what I hear on occasion from environmental groups. I wouldn't recommend completely abstaining from seafood, but it is kind of sad that we can see signs of toxins from the oceans. .
@Tigerpaws9097826 thanks for the reply. Here's the best way I can explain this and I am going to borrow some of this from the great Thomas Sowell to articulate the point, in life there are good things and to get Good Things (capital 'G' and 'T') which are considered better, we have to sacrifice some good things. Nobody wants to breathe dirty air or drink dirty water. But, if either becomes 98 percent pure, 99 percent pure or 99.9 percent pure, there is some point beyond which the costs...
@Tigerpaws9097826 (cont'd) skyrocket and the benefits become meager or non-existent. If the slightest trace of any impurity were fatal, the human race would have become extinct thousands of years ago. Not only does the body have defenses to neutralize small amounts of some impurities, some things that are dangerous, or even fatal, in substantial amounts can become harmless or even beneficial in extremely minute amounts, arsenic being one example. It's the dose that makes the poison.
@Tigerpaws9097826 (cont'd) another example is a study on chronic radiation received slowly or in a low-dose-rate from various sources (published in the Journal of the American Physicians and Surgeons) actually reduces the rate of cancer relative to the general population. So I hope I was able to clarify the point and again appreciate your comment as it forced me to articulate my point better. Thanks for watching.
You guys on G+ -- I'd love to connect. Great vid. Loved that you named the losers in the list, and then explained the realities of these numbers. Thanks for that.
there is not really any professional reviews ive seen on Universal Animal stak/m-stak or the Universal Animal Pump. i personally would like to know what anyone thinks about these products as I am trying to research and get advice from unbiased reviewers. what do you think of the products?
@TockCease yes but during that 1 hour after a workout is when ur muscles crave it the most, they will use the SHIT outta that protein if ur feeding it post workout with some grilled chicken. by time that 1 hour hits it wont matter ur muscles will have sucked that protein dry
whey protein for about 45 min ??? only if it is hydrolized....
"regular" whey(concentrated) starts it`s absorption after 2h and it will continue until everything is finished
it im not mistaken, whey protein absorption is 9g/hour
yes, whole food is better but some times you will need amino acids to get into your blood faster, and thats whey you use hydrolized whey, hydrolised casein, bcaa and eaa
great video again good stuff boys
