I was doing listening to the Pineal gland exercise last night and I def had some visions. There were all these beings around me asking me what I wanted them to do. Then at one point I was attached to an umbilicus and the other end was attached to someone else. I had never met the person before. I was seeing and hearing all kinds of things.
@mewlink64 That is the understanding also.. that breath is like the musical vibration of the AUM sound, and we can conduct this separated A U M into a single united 'ong' through the center of the Shushumna.. I will be uploading a video about this soon =]
Who taught you all this and have you been officially initiated into it? Just curious
