  • Maravilhosa interpretação !!!!!!!!!!!

  • my go-to-girl for all things piano/pianistic. IMO she's great!!!!! Just about my favorite

    pianist!

  • So nice....just so nice...that's all I can say....words escape me

  • Fantastic touch - the very best I have ever heard!

  • good interpretation, but she could learn many a thing from rubinstein.... too loud left hand and to plain.... not really "sung"... i like her turbulent interpretations of chopin more... like the op 25 no 11 (winterwind) one

  • my god, the sky is falling down,,very nice playing ..greetings from Australia...

  • Demasiado pedal, confunde los sonidos, no destaca notas que arman una hermosa melodía,

  • @odriban Como dicen la ignorancia es atrevida...

  • beautiful interpretation but she missed a line at the end.

  • so delicate and soft, just beautiful hands down, this in one of the best performances

  • she plays it well, but devine. The best version I ever heard of the etude is Cziffra, he plays with such own style, such feriousity, such devine musicality.

  • I agree with dc - this really is the best version I've ever heard.

  • What can one say? Just beautiful!

  • What a gem. The etudes are spectacular. This one is so uplifting and beautiful.

  • Is that a steinway

  • Yes it is. A Steinway model D concert grand built in Hamburg.

  • She is a goddess.

  • So beautiful performance.

it makes me want to cry.

  • The very best version I have ever heard. She has everything, tempo, rubato, dynamics, feeling, just a wonderful interpreter of Chopins music. I think if he'd been around today he might have said 'sorry George', I'm off with Yeol to Majorca for a couple of months, see you next time in the bar in Valldemossa.

  • anybody know if this lady is giving any UK recitals?.

  • Was this concert actually a formal concert? Where was it?

  • it was in Tel Aviv Israel on the march 30th 2005

  • Fabulous interpretation. I like the way she brings out the 'inner' voices below the main melody of this etude. musical magic and she is good , very very good. Hope to remain a fan for a long time.

  • This was very nice. Eyes closed or not, I feel that it was performed par excellence.

  • you have to listen to the piece of music instead of watching it then you'll see how much feeling there really is.

  • who can got the 歌譜

  • great!!!Amazing interpretation

  • wow

    wow

wow i actually found a good version

i really liked that interpretation 2nd to rubinstein alone and i completely disagree with those people saying you lack feeling maybe they are just to insensitive to hear it

  • I like how she brings out the hidden melodies though, really clear, really focused, the melody really singing... I think it was amazing! What a beautiful piece of music!!!!

  • @dawidmysle totally agree i dont hear the countermelody in the middle section any many other recordings also very fluid and even, like Chopin wanted

  • nicolekatri, your a bitch

  • ... and YOU'VE never heard good Chopin. Try Stanislav Bunin (on YouTube), winner of the '85 Chopin competition. His Chopin is full of life, joy and spirit.

  • It's too bad this miss has to sway around and look in every direction to get the music out. In all her Op. 25 Chopin etudes it's the same. Very off-putting and distracting to look at. I'm not all that impressed with her Chopin, either, even though she is acclaimed for it. She's too soft and jellylike with it -- no spirit, no excitement whatsoever!

  • I completely disagree with you.

  • I'm sorry, but she looks like a complete spastic. I can't stand to watch her and I don't like her sound (as I've already made clear). It's a waste of time. She has no feeling for Chopin. She can play the notes, but that's just about it.

  • u should be sorry that was a completely uncalled for comment which i hapen to disagree with totally

  • agreed swaying is choreographed

  • She has the right feeling for this masterpiece of the classic piano. Beside the interpretation of Maurizio Pollini this is my favourite!

  • Grandi emozioni. Magnifico!

    Grazie!

  • Sooooo beautiful

  • She plays this very well!!!

  • wow thats good!

  • I've listened to many videos of this. Expression in Chopin must be keyed just right. She's unmatched..

  • Why do some pianists always forget to play the correct amount of the A flat Arpeggios in the end!?!?!?!?!?

  • a little too rhythmical in my opinion, but still extremely beautiful. you can definitely tell how talented she is!

  • Yeol Eum Son is excellent, the best in this Etude Chopin. She is very expressive, exact and sentimental.

  • Chopins etudes are unmatched. Very good interpreted

  • you are a great pianist.
