good interpretation, but she could learn many a thing from rubinstein.... too loud left hand and to plain.... not really "sung"... i like her turbulent interpretations of chopin more... like the op 25 no 11 (winterwind) one
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
she plays it well, but devine. The best version I ever heard of the etude is Cziffra, he plays with such own style, such feriousity, such devine musicality.
The very best version I have ever heard. She has everything, tempo, rubato, dynamics, feeling, just a wonderful interpreter of Chopins music. I think if he'd been around today he might have said 'sorry George', I'm off with Yeol to Majorca for a couple of months, see you next time in the bar in Valldemossa.
Fabulous interpretation. I like the way she brings out the 'inner' voices below the main melody of this etude. musical magic and she is good , very very good. Hope to remain a fan for a long time.
i really liked that interpretation 2nd to rubinstein alone and i completely disagree with those people saying you lack feeling maybe they are just to insensitive to hear it
I like how she brings out the hidden melodies though, really clear, really focused, the melody really singing... I think it was amazing! What a beautiful piece of music!!!!
... and YOU'VE never heard good Chopin. Try Stanislav Bunin (on YouTube), winner of the '85 Chopin competition. His Chopin is full of life, joy and spirit.
It's too bad this miss has to sway around and look in every direction to get the music out. In all her Op. 25 Chopin etudes it's the same. Very off-putting and distracting to look at. I'm not all that impressed with her Chopin, either, even though she is acclaimed for it. She's too soft and jellylike with it -- no spirit, no excitement whatsoever!
I'm sorry, but she looks like a complete spastic. I can't stand to watch her and I don't like her sound (as I've already made clear). It's a waste of time. She has no feeling for Chopin. She can play the notes, but that's just about it.
Maravilhosa interpretação !!!!!!!!!!!

This was very nice. Eyes closed or not, I feel that it was performed par excellence.

you have to listen to the piece of music instead of watching it then you'll see how much feeling there really is.

This comment has received too many negative votes show
a lot less swaying and a HUGE lot more feeling in this piece would be nice.

Why do some pianists always forget to play the correct amount of the A flat Arpeggios in the end!?!?!?!?!?

a little too rhythmical in my opinion, but still extremely beautiful. you can definitely tell how talented she is!
