And it is a fashion look, originally in prisions belts are taken away to stop suicide attempts from hanging, or beating someone, so when there belts are removed, it makes the trousers fall lower then the line of the boxers.

Personally I don't like the sagger look and I don't do it, but the ass crack is revealed in the sagger look when the body bends forward. Maybe those saggers don't know but people behind them do.

Because nobody want's to see your ass crack. And baggy pants (which will be loose fitting) are just plain more comfortable.

Well, "nobody" wants to see the designer underwear either, if I were to follow your logic.

I don't see a difference between revealing the underwear and revealing the ass crack. And in fact, sometimes male saggers wear their underwear and pants low enough that when they are kneeling (say kneeling down to get an item at the bottom shelf at a grocery market) their ass crack is revealed.
